Refunds and Returns Policy for Artistic Design Lab

At Artistic Design Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our digital or physical products, please review our return and refund process below.
1. Returns for Digital Products
Since digital products cannot be returned, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the digital product is faulty or not as described, you must request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Returns for Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with your physical product, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Customized products (e.g., personalized designs) cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Process

- You will receive instructions for returning the product to us.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Refunds for Physical Products
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Fees and Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returned physical products.
